Scheduling feature enables u to know when the item has to be shipped/delivered to the customer.
- It also determines the warehouse if not manual entered based on sourcing rule.
- Depends on Departing rules.
- Determines schedule ship date , schedule arrival date , delivery lead time
- Indicates Visible_Demand_Flag in oe_order_lines tables when successfully scheduled.
Various ways of AutoScheduling:
-In Workflow activity schedule will perform scheduling
-Set Profile Option : OM : Auto Schedule to 'Y'
-In Transaction type check the check box the auto schedule in shipping tab
-Through Schedule order concurrent program
-Right click order header or order line from pop up menu an select Schedule.
